RULES for BEAR:

--takes two bullet hits to kill

--BEAR action during encounters will be determined by !d roll

--commands are STALK, ATTACK, GUARD and RUN

--GUARD will only be effected when there is something to GUARD (PIStol or Bag of M)

--ATTACK has 50% chance of being fatal

--STALK leads to an automatic ATTACK command when BEAR is in range

--BEAR is locked into central point with a 3 square radius from that point

--STALK lasts until player has left BEAR's area or BEAR has ATTACKed
