You will be able to transfer the tokens from that Genesis Address, that's what we call the "Public Mining", since the coins available for transfer derive from the Minereum mining process.

i am still not understand, i am miss the collect period, and add the token to my eth waller, so how i will got the token to my address in public mining?
the genesis address that mentioned by the dev above is the public mining, everybody can access the wallet address because the private keys of the wallet is mentioned too,, so if you check there is an available balance of MNE on that address, you can send the MNE token to your ethereum address,, and the tokens is become yours,,
