Yes that is it. If you see on Monaco ANN thread, there are few people who can't send their Monaco token to Bittrex. One of them saying this,i see on telegram someone already able trade it to btc

RE-ISSUANCE OF MCO TOKEN HAS BEEN COMPLETED
Hi Everyone,
TokenMarket have successfully completed the re-issuance of the MCO token. Like you, we are looking forward to the completion of remaining tasks:
- issuance of tokens for referral program and other marketing programs
- issuance of token pools for founders, capital reserve, etc.
- change of name of the re-issued tokens to MCO
- sending of MCO tokens to our exchange partners, so that they can complete the preparation to list MCO I CANNOT SEND SHIT
- distributing the new token contract address to wallets, exchanges and investors
- last, but not least, unlocking the MCOs, so that we can all begin trading
We apologise for the delay in listing of the token and will continue updating you as we work through the above list. Our priority is to get MCO listed as soon as possible.
