No. Noble doesn't need an artificial pump. Noble has been under the radar for so long, and will eventually explode in value when the time is right.
Most other crypto that have been around for years have gone 10x +, but people don't realise that Noble is now in the accumulation phase and hasn't already been exhausted like most of the others.
