This isn't much of a dump but yeah price is certainly low than the ATH, might as well be the lowest we ever see so this indeed is a great time to stock on some BTC. Waiting may not be good thing right now, if segwit is signaled on 1st Aug then BTC is not going to come anywhere near this price again. You clearly realised that , we are experiencing a dump.
