Tried once about 2 years ago, but the environment is different now with Ethereum's success as an alt-coin.
How much did you raise in your previous crowdsale/ico, and what was it spent on?
It doesn't look like any progress has been made on this project, why is that?
Nothing raised, nothing spent. To be exact, only raised about $100 USD, couldn't make progress without funding.

Yep, the post-quantum part of
Qointum's design was ahead of its time! That other crypto has gotten investor and media attention for employing a version of same Merkle signature scheme, but IMO a worse implementation as their signatures are over 3x larger.
