Can somebody help me out please. I wanted to refill my BTCamount via the investor profile. I have sent 0.05 BTC directly from my wallet to the following refill address:

What you are stating is not correct. I have made 2 transactions, the first one was 5.0010 LITECOIN, with which I bought 202.8 TOKENS (including the bonus).
This was done by sending it to the refill adress:

I have no clue what you are showing me, because the link you gave me states that the tokens were sent to: 0x56de36fcd949cbbcb1b511e4c125f452e0162947
But my etherwallet address is: 0x12E642785189d7FfF09364B20d78D4fe40436c2C
Can you clarify please? Because I want or my money back OR my tokens sent to my investor dashboard and or etherwallet. I have not been succesfull in withdrawing ANY tokens to my etherwallet.
HELP NEEDED!
