yes these block should be valid as it was said by the team, they will accept 2 block after ICO has started and these are first two

They said about 3-5 weeks in the last youtube update a few days back.

Already visible (but not transferable yet) in MyEtherWallet if you paid in ETH apparently. But I wouldn't know about that as I paid with BTC.

Yes, you are right, the PAY coins can be seen in my wallet, but it is not transferable yet. BTW, any latest news about the exchanges that will list this coins?
