My guess is that 50% of the coins in maintenance have a dead network.. The other 50% need desperate attention though.. Maybe it's time to teach your moderators how to stop/addnodes/start a daemon Blacksmith

In the case of Pesobit,
it's complete negligence on their part. The Pesobit network has been very alive since the beginning with many nodes

The problem we had is a hard fork with coin swap
7 months ago,
and they never updated to the new fork. Pesobit now trades at C-Cex with nice volume every day,because they updated to new fork.
We warned Yobit countless times about this, not even one answer. I mean come on - coins have hard forks from time to time, it's not unusual. Now a few people are stuck with coin here, at Yobit.
