I had problem withdrawing ETH as their sms system is down.
I can't get SMS from them for verification.
No customer hotline, no online support.
The only thing I can do is to submit ticket.

Submitted 3 weeks ago and what I got is zero response from them.
Because of that I missed lots of ICO.
I feel like my coins are in the jail of Yunbi.

My friend also has the same problem.
I'm not sure if we are the only two to have such problem?

Should I fly to Beijing to fix this problem?
