Because it's haevily manipulated, either Ripple is dumping or whales controll the price. You see dump on all breakouts. None of the TA work. If you want to trade it you will get burned. Investment maybe.

XRP price is steady, about 10K sat., and atm depends on BTC price only .
Definitely XRP is the worst coin for daytrading and from that point of view XRP has no future.
