I used MEW for almost ICO. Never had any problems with MEW. It's simply secure, and verifiably secure.

We are trade the coins to the exchanger receiving the coin like at bittrex, poloniex, cexcio, kraken, etc.
I don't know exactly what is the best site to trading, but i think the popular site to trading is Bittrex, Poloniex.
