Or more in the lines of asking for loans and without any intentions of paying them back.
Cause if they went to the bank in real life they would not get approved for one so they just go on the internet and look for some haphazard person to borrow from through you guessed it: Social Engineering them.

Either that or just begs with multiple accounts they have created on various different websites.
Which is quite easy to do since they are free to register too.
Unlike some other website and forums where they charge their users to register just for the sole reason they create countless accounts such as this one with the sole purpose to scam with.
