I agree, the price will be and is already a big issue, as I read some exchanges don't even support such high price per coin.
I don't think so, 1 PBT is something very unique and different then other coins/tokens we have experience with so far. It represents a lifetime ownership of one workplace with all office goodies in current location and all future locations the company behind it will create. Also it's possible for PBT owners to earn from it by renting. So price for such a thing needs to be adequate.
Having 1PBT you have one small business in hands.
