Just went through the same.

Look at the device manager and see what it says. If there's a "VGA" device listed somewhere with a yellow warning triangle you can try to right click and select update driver. That made my windows find the last GPU's. Also a few reboots seems to make additional GPU's to appear.

I tried reinstalling the drivers and changed riser slots, but that did nothing - only the above helped me.
