my personal speculation is price will be increased first reason is clearer blocks should take effect because many bitcoin holders will transfer their funds to markets , also speculation for segwit is on mid august so its near mid end of the year probably it will rise capped on 3000+  i just tryna be positive since i never had much profit for trading them
