Ugh! 
After I set up my wallet, I tried to send some ECC coin from coinexchange wallet for testing but it did not come in. How can you solve it?

can not say for sure but coinexchange wallet is still on maintenance mode. I made a tx from the wallet to the exchange and it took more than a week to be visible, surely is the same issue from to exchange to the wallet. Wouldn´t trust either on blockexplorer of blockexperts as is not working properly in my opinion.
Also, my wallet is not syncing anymore today, I would suggest to wait till team release new wallet.
