because livecoin suggested to not mine directly into their wallet, now im making my own local wallet. Do I need to open this wallet on windows 24/7? or can I open it only when I need to transfer some of my balance to livecoin?

Dunno why, but my wallet keep on crashing on the same PC that I used for mining, so I run the wallet on my gaming PC and I dont want to make my gaming PC on 24/7.
