im a small miner with only 130 mhs which pool is better for me? 1 or 2?

Are the payouts from each pool independent or can i just switch to pool2 and my "pending balance" is there too?
They are two different wallets, so you will have two different balances.
So the balance i got in the past hours is just thrown in the trash if i don't mine on first pool somehow till i reach payout limit
