WGO is being distributed over 3 months (from April to July 2017). Between those dates, you can receive WGO by holding WCT (the Waves Community Token), by leasing Waves to the WavesGo LPOS pool,
Its now july of 2017, is the distribution over?
If not, in order to get WGO
We can
1) Hold Waves Community Token
2) Lease waves to LPOS pool, how much WGO token approximately per waves?
3) Whats the difference of Waves and WCT (Couldn't acess medium so i cannot find information about WCT based on the coinmarketcap link)
4) Should i buy Waves or WCT?

buy waves... wct is for voting purposes so does mining reward wavesgo will be used for that too.. wavesgo will be added in other exchanges in the future
i suggest you buy waves and lease it you can also use waves to participate in some good icos that are coming up!
