With current transaction fees it's not really worth to pay for some "small bills" since the fee will be like 50% of what you are paying for.
The solution for that is to use a third party wallet service such as Coinbase. Transfer between Coinbase wallets can cost as little as
BTC0.00001, and the transactions are instant. I am not favoring Coinbase in anyway. We can use any similar service (BitPay is another one).
