The person who have those cards say that he can do it as he have bios settings do this but we need to agree about the price for each card.Any one can confirm this hashrate as it's huge.
Looks like that person might be trying to scam you... Like TheGoodMiner said: there's no way that hashrate can be true... There isn't a bios setting you can use to do this.
