I, not being very active following current developments, just happened to stumble across the network swap details today completely by chance. I don't remember getting any email or seeing much other in announcements being made. I could have very easily missed the cut-off date if not for luck.

Hi @mstang83, a snapshot of the old blockchain will be saved, so we will have records of all transactions. As a result we are able to continue to offer support if someone somehow did not catch the network swap announcement in time. Proof of wallet ownership will of course be required.
