OH and I look forward to the NDA being removed so Horus can gossip and maybe BitJohn too who also said he was under an NDA agreement with Cryptsy.
I remember when Horus was just drifter or grifter on Cryptsy chat.. Hahaha ha grifter!
I could tell he was somebody instantly.. When Cryptsy made him a chat mod with a new name.
He showed up with that name and I pointed my finger at him and I told him I know you jdtmp LOL
Point being is it can be a lot of work hiding your typing style & personality.
But Horus do you think this JollyGood guy could be Vern?
I ask because I am guessing you dealt with Vern more than many of us.
He rarely ever came on chat or here to talk.

I look forward to reading up on what Horus_Cryptsy will add. Does any NDA still stand legally? I mean he said he was not paid his salary in full and they later sacked him therefore effectively the NDA is surely non-existent especially since the company is owned by Uncle Sam now. What is stopping Horus_Cryptsy or this BitJohn bloke from talking now if he also was a legal employee of Cryptsy? And if any NDA was broken, who exactly will take him/them to court?
Honestly, I am not the elusive Paul Vernon but if he sees this post will he please stand up!
