I think what I mentioned in the first email was the address that was generated using my passphrase in a website, I did that on 30/12/2015.

Hello,
I think I already claimed the IOTAs before, by going on a very simple website, inputting the custom password and getting back an IOTA address, but when I access it from a light client my balance shows as 0 in the address that was given me.

I tried to generate addresses with my seed but balance is still 0, I also tried with the procedure in the wallet when it was available but nothing.
I asked a couple times on slack but got no answer, today I tried again and they suggested me to email David, and so I did.
I emailed David today, waiting for an answer.
