I am having problem with stratis wallet. I can't encrypt it. When I click on encrypt, then nothing happens. How I can solve that problem? Wrote email to stratis but still no answer so probably someone here can help me?
Which wallet are you using? The 'real' stratis wallet or the breeze wallet they just released?
In case you're using the breeze wallet: encryption doesn't work on there yet.
In case you're using the stratis wallet:
Make a backup from your wallet first, and then delete the wallet including all the files which can be found in %appdata% -> Stratis (Windows).
Then reinstall the wallet.
I'm not sure if it would help, but it is still better then doing nothing. And atleast you can delete that from your 'checklist'.
