You can gain 14 activity points in 2 weeks at max. You'll become a hero member when you have 480 act. points. Means, If you post 1 message to the board every day, you'll be a hero in 9-10 months.
I really don't understand fully how it's calculated but I got 28 activity points in around 10 days, so I think it could be done much faster!
