In the short time that I have used (tried to use) BURST, i have had to clean the database TWICE, because it just stops working. Doesnt let me log in the local wallet.. It says to wait 10 minutes, but i've waited more, restarted the wallet a bunch of times and still the same message.. Is it always THIS unstable..?

No need for restarting,just switch to online wallet,wait 1-2 min,and than switch back to local. Local wallet needs time to load fully
If you restart wallet,you just repeat process from the beginning
