You can gain 14 activity points in 2 weeks at max. You'll become a hero member when you have 480 act. points. Means, If you post 1 message to the board every day, you'll be a hero in 9-10 months.
It takes 480 activity to become hero, but considering that you get 14 activity per week from registration date and that the activity is updated at intervals of 14 days, you would need to actually wait for 490 days (like me) which is > 16 months.
