Regarding BFL: I saw this https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=114329.0 claiming thay are a scam. So, are they not?
They are well overdue and have poor customer info skills, the rest is speculation. (I'm still unsure, being a bit paranoid with bitcoin will serve you well)
