quickseller or
macbook-air and offer a small payment to get it confirmed.
This is an example of how much they charged ahmedjadoon a long time ago.
I faced a similar issue a few days back transaction not getting confirmed due to low fee but user "QuickSeller" got my transaction confirmed in minutes when I sent him 0.0001 BTC. He has access to some pool . PM him.
Macbook-air runs F2Pool, and quickseller has access to it, so they can get it to confirm your transaction,
I think macbook-air charges a minimal fee (to make it up to a regular amount that would generally be accepted by the network).
I contacted quickseller a while back to confirm mine and the fee was quite low then.
