What do you mean it's stuck at a START adress ? You cannot send coins from one blockchain to another. If you sent it from your STRAT wallet then the coins were sent to the START adress you received at Bittrex on the STRAT blockchain.
Well, it's there. Unredeemed. It's stuck. The addresses somehow matched. Bittrex has tried time and time again, but the private keys don't match.
