There is no transaction in the btc address you provided and it's shocking that poloniex is taking such a long time to approve your transaction. Did you verify the transaction via email? Usually exchange websites send email verification when you ask for a withdrawal and since your transaction says : Awaiting Approval , it must be awaiting your approval. Polo wouldn't take so much time to approve the transaction and if they did, it's really weird for such a small amount.
