Well, the simplest way I can think of would be to create two batch files to launch the miner, one pointing to each address. Then just use windows Task Manager to set up tasks killing the current running miner and launch the other batch file at the intervals you want.

That's a total kludge, and there's all sorts of things that could go wrong, but with enough tweaking/testing it's doable.
