This is what I get when I run sgminer 5.3.8:
clDevicesNum returned error, no GPus usable
Command line options set a device that doesn't exist.

I am using AMD RX 480 8GB cards and driver version 16.9.2 which I read is good for Claymore which I am using now for mining ETH.
One thing to check would be your Radeon Settings, if they aren't running your cards wont get detected. If you verified that and are still having that issue, try installing a different version of the drivers like 17.5
Also it is best to mine on hashbag.cc or one of the other pools to help spread the hashrate.
