Please give detailed steps for installation of latest directory onto Verge wallet for MAC OS X. I have tried following instruction on http://vergecurrency.de/howto but I am unable to achieve the installation and Sync in wallet.

The confusion is following:-
1- The blockchain directory is created automatically in downloads folder on my MAC but where should I paste all the contents of this directory ?
2- Are the rest of steps same and universal e.g FIRST TIME OPEN WALLET, THEN CLOSE IT, THEN COPY AND PASTE FILES etc

I found a video on 'HOW TO INSTALL VERGE LATEST DIRECTORY VERGE WALLET FOR WINDOWS, IT SEEMED FAIRLY SIMPLE BUT I DONT KNOW WHAT STEP AM I MISSING ON MY MAC OS X. I AM DOING THIS SO I DO NOT HAVE TO WAIT FOR APPROX 5 DAYS FOR THE COMPLETE SYNC.
