Ok, these guys are known to be very critical when it comes to altcoin, but they seem to be pointing at real, relevant issues within the Ripple tech, has anybody from Ripple commented on this ?
Nobody comments on this because they cannot win the technical argument. Jed McCaleb ran away to create another scam coin and ripple labs was left behind with a gigantic cash cow. It's so obvious a scam that I'm sure ripple labs will face legal issues soon. (Which happend before)
And kids dont forget , XRP is the only coin that is regulated, every other scamcoin show can pack its bags to leave quickly before the SEC and the feds are coming for the real scammers and criminals sitting in their basement and fapping to strange things

Not only the people behind ripple is flawed so is the tech behind ripple. Deeply flawed that is.
And I agree with you that 99% of the altcoins do not have any fundamental reason to exist
