I would still suggest to wait, right now we still have a high price, and more importantly, what seems like a relatively stable price. Only a short while ago people were lamenting on whether BTC will crack $2000 and now look where we are.
Well at this point it is really good to wait until the value of bitcoin becomes higher, but as of now I am still afraid of what will happen in August 1, for me it is better if we convert our bitcoin into fiat before August 1 comes. And then IF the value of bitcoins downs then it is really the right time to buy bitcoin. So that it will be the time to wait that value of bitcoin rises again.
