It is the 3rd time I give you that, 2 previous time on slack, user "xxxxxxxxxx", first time exactly 6 month ago ! Last time, yesterday.

Please CONFIRM, reception, as I already asked for such confirmation 2 times.
You told me not to worry, that it was ok. But now that I discover with the snapshot that it was not ok, I also find though comments on forum that the protocol had to be done trough email ?!?

I told you and everyone 100 times (which has been echoed by the community) that you had to send it to EMAIL, not on Slack. Slack deletes after 10 000 msgs. We have 5000 people in our Slack. I receive 50 request at least daily. I am leading a project of thousands of people, I got hundreds of tasks each week, I cannot remember any one request, hence email.
