MEW is an online wallet (different wallet from the one you are using right now), myetherwallet.com but people usually call it mew. In mew there's an option to add custom token for the one who hasn't been verified (XID already verified so no need to add custom token for it to show). If your wallet has no option to add custom token and your balance isn't showing, contact your wallet dev, tell them to add it OR import your wallet to mew.
