VirusTotal detects BitCoin mining software included in most altcoin wallets. This is unfortunate because it means we trigger false positives now. Disregard virus alerts that detect the wallet as Bitcoin software or other such nonsense. There is absolutely no virus in the official wallet at http://www.dimecoin.rocks That is true, and dimecoin was made from bitcoin 8.3 (or something), so it will always get flagged.
If you take out setgenerate true and disable IRC, it might pass.
NB: Virus Total is not a very good source anyway, if you notice the detectors, they are always small unheard of companies, who are too lazy (or see an opening), to remove Bitcoin miner as a virus.
I cannot speak for your wallet as I do not have one, but the original dimecoin source is clean.

Thanks for the hint. I will test it for the new windows and mac wallet compilation. Do you have a link to how to create a bootstrap?
