You likely never can receive any bounty from monaco because you have disqualified as a spammer or cheater. I want also hear from jamal what was the reason why you disqualified.

On what basis do you say me as a spammer? I have worked hard from beginning to end but once the event is over why jamal disqualify me before I see no problem then I want to know the explanation and the reason from jamal.. I can provide evidence that I am not a spammer?

I will not judge you because I am not the manager of this campaign nor related to the project personally.
However I think the best way to solve your problem is to PM jamal and seek for an explanation why you were not able to receive your bounty.
Most participants were able to received their bounty, maybe you also have to check jamal's announcement here..
