When you will be having normal mood you should plan for when you may go to gamble and then you should follow those plans more strictly. Yes simply following your mood will definitely lead to gambling addictions. Because I have done some survey with many addicted gamblers they are all having some common characteristics like they are not having any plan when to gamble and how much to spend for gambling.
They have been into gambling without any limitations for their money as well as for their time. I have concluded just being a moody gambler must be the prime reason for their gambling addictions.
Your survey is seeming very interesting. But I do not understand how a gambler will be able to spend all his time for gambling and more importantly how they will offer to spend all their money. If they take some time to think about their family and their responsibilities then definitely they would not have got gambling addictions.
They must have forgot all their family members and that is the reason they are getting gambling addictions because they were treating gambling alone more important to them than anything else in this world. So sad.
