Here in the philippines, death penalty is more favor in most filipino but there is opposed in that law. Church and some people prevent this happen. Priest says " every people have a chance to change" and every life is important because god gives life to us. God forgive our sin so people can do forgive people have sin.
Of course the church will not like to put the death penalty...
