As of now it's already listed in bittrex so you can now able to trade it there.  The price is around 0.00054 btc  each MCO coin I suggest not to sell it right now because it's lower than ICO price.

Is it really below ICO price right now? What was the average ICO price for the project i would really appreciate your response

I think the ICO price is  around 0.00075-0.0008 btc and the price right now is 0.0005 something so it's lower than ICO price.
