The Yobit Trumpcoin wallet was in maintenance since July 4th, 2017.  The other exchanges did have working wallets current on the blockchain at this time.

    As of last night the Trumpcoin wallet worked at yobit for me.  

I did open a support ticket at Yobit several days ago with no response thus far..
