I got Dimcoin payout confirmation e-mail yesterday evening, but as of now I still haven't received anything in my Depotwallet. Is that normal to take that long?

I bought on July 1st with bitcoin using coinpayments.net, i used my email address but don't believe i added my depot wallet or cannot remember if i did or not. And now that everyone is getting emails and i didn't get one, I emailed
info@dimcoin.io with confirmation of my payment and email address to the Dimcoin ICO address and I'm waiting to hear back.
That is great, buying bitcoin while it is not yet too late, me too I already bought some and invest it here. During my time it just took me 2 days to received the depotwallet and I think for me it is fine and since they are just starting i think it is normal.
