I need advice i want to invest in BTC i have about 15k should i do it now? or should i wait til after August 1st just incase the price drops?

After August the price of bitcoin will increase faster because hen people will start to use it so it is better that you invest in bitcoin now as now the price of bitcoin is not much higher and after 1st august I know that the price of bitcoin will double up from which it is now.
I see that the opinions are quite divided on one side are those who think that after that day the price will go up and on the other side others think that the price will go down,but almost no one mentions that the price could remain the same,there is also that possibility,if so, he should not rush too much,rather I think that the decision depends entirely on him since he is the one who will assume the risk after all.
