Yes 4 days is too long for withdrawal, other casinos does instant withdrawal unless there is something needed to be double checked before processing the withdrawal. Maybe in this case, the site need to check his bet history first so it need 4days to release the payment. Needs more details from him or from the site why his withdrawal took 4days.
