I have tried to use minergate on the past but I didn't continue since I don't really find mining altcoin would be profitable using my own pc because I don't have much videocard installed. As far as I know there are a list of coins listed there on which you would choose what to mine and its being stated there about minimum withdrawal request. If you have request already then you should patiently wait. Would like to ask how long does you withdrawal request took?
